  • waEV-charge work alongside a network of EV installers to cover the UK Nationwide, therefore we are able to offer the complete sales, install and aftercare package. Once your order is placed, we will connect you with your local installer.

  • Yes! The waEV-charge EV chargers have been designed for a quick & easy install and comes shipped, preconfigured with all setup information therefore any qualified electrician is able to complete the installation.

  • Once your order has been placed, our bookings team will be in touch to confirm all information and pass to our installer partner to arrange a convenient day to install your charger. We aim to have all chargers installed within 2 weeks of your order being placed.

  • All online orders are delivered free of charge.

  • The waEV-charge EV chargers are fully OZEV certified and meet the new June 2022 regulations, therefore it is eligible for all available government grants. Please click here for more information on current grants.

  • The waEV-charge EV chargers can only be operated once the unique RFID waEV-Card is swiped or ev.energy smart charging app is activated therefore you’re fully protected from unauthorised use.

  • Order lead times & delivery schedules will be detailed in your quotation. The lead-time is depended on current demand and quantity therefore it can be anything from 3 days to 10 weeks. We also offer phased deliveries to work alongside your build schedule.

  • All online orders are shipped via FedEx.

  • Our pricing structure is designed for larger orders however we are happy to fulfil anything from 1 x charger up to 1000+ chargers. To benefit from lower pricing however, we suggest a minimum order of 10 or more chargers to truly benefit.

  • Standard installation covers installation of your EV1 charger on a brick or plaster wall, a maximum run of 10m of cable from the wall-mounted position to your consumer unit (fuse box), with no civil or remedial electrical work required.

  • The waEV-charge EV chargers are suitable for both single domestic dwellings, apartment blocks and commercial environments. As standard, our EV1 charger is setup for single domestic properties however our UK based team will custom build your charger based on your requirement.

  • All online orders are shipped on a next day service and dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm.
