Fantastic customer service with an instant response to an issue I had. My charger required a remote set up step, contacted them and they offered to call me late in the evening, I declined and said the next day was fine, then not only did I get multiple calls to sort it, I was messaged constantly on whatsapp with what was going on. Really good support and highly recommended. Moss is very polite to chat with as well.
