What if my firmware update fails?

Please ensure your charger is connected to WiFi, your phone remains nearby during the update and you wait the full 5 minutes after confirmation. If issues persist, please contact waEV-charge support.

How do I set my charging schedule?

During setup, you can configure an Auto Schedule by selecting your required battery percentage and desired ready-by time.

Does my vehicle need to be integrated with waEV-smart?

No. Vehicle integration is optional. However, integrating your vehicle allows waEV-smart to read the vehicle state of charge directly, meaning you can set a target battery percentage rather than selecting a specific kWh amount.
