Am I eligible for flex charging rewards?

Customers must have a compatible waEV-charge charger, a SMETS2 smart meter installed and communicating correctly, an eligible dual rate electricity tariff and a compatible charging setup connected to waEV-smart.

When will my charger be installed?

Once your order has been placed, our bookings team will be in touch to confirm all information and pass to our installer partner to arrange a convenient day to install your charger. We aim to have all chargers installed within 2 weeks of your order being placed.

Why do I need to authenticate my energy supplier?

Authentication allows waEV-smart to optimise charging around your tariff and access eligible smart charging features and rewards.

Where can I find my Access Code?

Your Access Code can be found at the back of the installer manual supplied with your charger.

What should I select if I’m on a Smart tariff?

If your energy provider requires full control of charging sessions, we currently recommend using the provider’s native smart charging functionality rather than waEV-smart scheduling.

What is a Single Rate tariff?

A Single Rate tariff means your electricity costs the same price all day and night.
