How do I set my charging schedule?

During setup, you can configure an Auto Schedule by selecting your required battery percentage and desired ready-by time.

How is my data used for waEV-smart rewards?

We only share the information necessary to provide waEV-smart services and calculate rewards, including details such as your email address, property address, MPAN, smart meter data and charger/device information, with our authorised flexibility service operators and trusted partners.

I haven’t received my verification code.

Are you compatible with OVO Charge Anytime?

Our chargers and smart app work with all OVO tariffs, however, as the OVO Charge anytime tariff requires full control over charging, your car must also integrate with them. You can check your compatibility via the below links:

Do you offer an installation service?

waEV-charge work alongside a network of EV installers to cover the UK Nationwide, therefore we are able to offer the complete sales, install and aftercare package. Once your order is placed, we will connect you with your local installer.

What is the Charger Lock function?

The Charger Lock function is coming soon. Once available, charging outside of your configured off-peak tariff window will be restricted unless Boost mode is manually activated.
