What happens if the consumer unit fails after the 12-month warranty?

You can either contact ourselves or a local electrician to replace the breaker. If via ourselves this would cost a one-time £120 +VAT fee which includes parts and labour.

What if my firmware update fails?

Please ensure your charger is connected to WiFi, your phone remains nearby during the update and you wait the full 5 minutes after confirmation. If issues persist, please contact waEV-charge support.

Can I use waEV-smart without connecting my car?

Yes. Vehicle integration is optional and can be skipped during setup.

Do you offer an installation service?

waEV-charge work alongside a network of EV installers to cover the UK Nationwide, therefore we are able to offer the complete sales, install and aftercare package. Once your order is placed, we will connect you with your local installer.

Is there a minimum order?

Our pricing structure is designed for larger orders however we are happy to fulfil anything from 1 x charger up to 1000+ chargers. To benefit from lower pricing however, we suggest a minimum order of 10 or more chargers to truly benefit.
