Communicative company from first to last. Mohsin and Elliot both friendly,helpful and informative. Quick to respond to queries. Could have installed within 2 weeks if it wasn't for my property requiring de-looped from my neighbours. This was not waEV issue but DNO decision. So everything took a lot longer including groundworks required. Please do not be concerned by groundworks if you require it. Everything is put back in place and the works required were at no cost to me. Fully funded by DNO. At each stage of the process waEV assisted with ensuring progress was made. Happy to say charger was installed and commissioned today and I am now fully up and running. Thanks to all involved.
