From enquiry to install took 4 days. Phone call received to arrange work. Work completed exactly as I wanted, unit looks good and neat on the wall. Installer was friendly, professional and polite. He cleaned up the dust from drilling, leaving the property, after commissioning the unit, in the condition it was before the work. Amazing couldn't be any better. Unit works easily. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use. Charger works as expected. Fantastic.
