Had a few issues with our mobility car not charging...

Had a few issues with our mobility car not charging at night . I have a very vulnerable teenager at home whom I care for . I was swiftly contacted and given advice on how to rectify the issue . Each day sometimes twice daily I was contacted via telephone - this made such a difference ! Not talking to a chat bot !
