Had a issue with charging my new car on my new Waev charger for the first time, and Joe spent 2 hours (from 8:30pm to 10:30pm) trying to sort the issue via WhatsApp, and the absolute wizard sorted the issue. Well done Joe, you went above and beyond to help me, I can't thank you enough!!!! The downside is that my car will now be charged so I will have to go to work in the morning! Thanks again!
