They damaged my door frame They turned up when I was not there and sent me a message asking how long I would be because they had a two hour drive home. 90 minutes early when they sent the message When I complained one guy told me they were too busy to go backwards and forwards with me. The finance company told me to register a claim. I did. Fortunately I was able to resolve the matter with the managing director who in the end sorted my problems. I had tech issues with the app and that was sorted too. They liaised with the finance company and also offered a tidy sum for the damage. In the end it was a satisfactory outcome. The managing director was very tidy or tidy like as we say in Wales. Things happen but in the end the company came good. Hence the 5 star review.
