Upon installing a charger I had an issue as it stoped working. Although this was caused from myself as I replaced the router, the support was excellent. I left a message at the voicemail for the out of hours contact and Moss called first thing the next morning. I received dummy proof instructions on how to set it up again and literally in 1’ it was up and running. In conclusion both the product and the support are brilliant.
