Very pleased with install from waEV. From ordering a tethered charger, the company keeps you informed, in my case by WhatsApp and the installation engineer called the day before with an accurate time of arrival. Install took about 90 minutes including a tutorial how to use the charger and the app and how to keep the charger secure. Works perfectly charging on my cheap tariff period.
