My charging session won't start
- Check the charger's status: Look at the LED indicator on the charger. A solid blue light means the charger is ready to use. If you see a different color or a flashing light, refer to the "My charger light is flashing red" help article.
- Authentication:
- RFID Card: If you are using an RFID card to start a charging session, make sure the card is registered with your account and that you are holding it over the RFID reader on the charger until you hear a beep.
- App: If you are starting a session from the app, make sure your phone is connected to the internet and that you have selected the correct charger.
- Check your vehicle:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely plugged into both the charger and your vehicle.
- Check your vehicle's settings to make sure it's ready to accept a charge. Some vehicles have a "scheduled charging" feature that might be preventing the session from starting.
- Try a different charging cable: If possible, try using a different charging cable to rule out a faulty cable.
