  • Check your Wi-Fi network: Your waEV-charge charger only connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Most routers broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz network during the setup process.
  • Check your Wi-Fi signal strength: Ensure the charger is installed in a location with a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal. A weak signal can cause intermittent connectivity issues. You can check the signal strength using your smartphone.
  • Reconnecting your charger to Wi-Fi:
    1. Open the waEV-charge app on your smartphone.
    2. Go to the "Charger Settings" menu.
    3. Select "Wi-Fi Settings" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your charger to the new Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your charger: If you're still having trouble, try restarting your charger. You can do this by turning off the circuit breaker that powers the charger, waiting for 30 seconds, and then turning it back on.
